  1. What is included in the rent?

    The following is included in the rent:

  2. Do you have recreational facilities for children?

    The children’s play area is a dedicated area for youngsters. This area provides a range of activities and fun for all the children, ranging from story-telling to art and craft. Our dedicated team will ensure the comfort and safety of your children while in their care. In addition, we also have an outdoor area with a sand pit, slides and swings.

  3. Do you have a maid’s room in the apartment?

    There is no maid’s room in any of the apartments. However, we can provide you with an interconnecting apartment at an additional cost.

  4. Is there a place to park a car?

    We offer a dedicated car parking space on a complimentary basis for every apartment.

  5. Do you have health club facilities?

    Yes; special rates apply to residents only. Club Oasis has a fully equipped fitness centre, spa and recreational facilities.

  6. Do you offer baby cots or extra beds?

    We provide baby cots, as required, at an additional charge. Any extra bed requirements are also subject to additional charges.

    The residences are not included in any of the Frequent Flyer or Gold Passport programmes.

    The American School of Bombay and the Dhirubhai Ambani International School are located just 10 minutes from the complex.
